I FINALLY MADE A MASSIVE JAR OF CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER. AND IT’S AMAZING. why i haven’t tried chocolate peanut butter before i couldn’t tell you.

But this was simply:

  • 16 oz roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1/4-1/3 lb dark chocolate (i didn’t really measure, but this can also be to preference)
  • pinch of salt (to liking)

Just whiz up the peanuts, resting every 15 seconds, until it’s smooth. Put chocolate in bowl and pop in microwave for 30 seconds, remove, move the chocolate around a little, and microwave for another 30 seconds (the chocolate doesn’t need to be fully melted because the speed and heat of food processor will break it down). Add chocolate to processor along with salt and whiz until fully incorporated. Add more chocolate/salt to your liking. ENJOY!

NOTE: if you need it to be sweeter, add some agave or honey to your liking :)
